Adolescent Therapy

Our expert child and adolescent therapists specialize in providing evidence-based psychotherapies for children and adolescents struggling with:

The primary modalities used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Our expert clinicians help kids, tweens and teens to build a toolbox of skills to regulate their emotions, communicate effectively, and build a sense of competence at school and in relationships, and work towards goals and values. There is a focus on building a growth mindset and self-compassion.

Clinicians will work with parents and families as needed, depending on the age and needs of the child or adolescent. Parenting and family work will focus on building parenting skills, learning communication skills, managing independence, and navigating conflict successfully.
